NIKI SHAY Property Consultants Malaysia Sdn Bhd (formerly known as AREM (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd) is an established property consultancy firm delivering Property Valuation, Property Management, Facility Management, and Real Estate Services across Malaysia and Melbourne, Australia.
Operating from our Head Office in 16 Sierra, Puchong, Selangor since 19 December 2013, we are supported by a team of approximately 75 professionals, generating an annual turnover of approximately RM4.3 million per annum under AREM Group.
Led by a Managing Director with over 25 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation in managing high-value and large-scale assets. Our portfolio includes serving as REITs Manager for Sunway Group for five consecutive years since 2014, Facility Manager for Mapletree Logistics Hub, Shah Alam the largest warehouse in Southeast Asia since 2018, and successfully turning around Evolve Concept Mall from deficit to break-even.
Recognised for excellence, we were honoured with the SME & Entrepreneurship Business Award (SEBA) 2018 for Excellent in Facility and Property Management.
