NIKI SHAY PROPERTY CONSULTANTS MALAYSIA SDN BHD (NIKI SHAY) formerly known as AREM (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD (“AREM”) is a Property Consultancy Company which provides Property Valuation, Property Management Services and Real Estate operating throughout Malaysia and in Melbourne, Australia.

Our business is operated from our Head Office in 16 Sierra Puchong, Selangor since on 19 December 2013. We are operating with the strength of man power about 75 staff and our yearly turnover of the company is above 4.3Mil per annum (By AREM Group)

Our team consists of experienced property managers and leasing team with our Managing Director alone having experience in excess of (25) years of Valuation, Leasing & Property Management, Property Research and Real Estate Management in commercial and residential property in Malaysia wide.

In November 2018, Arem (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd was awarded by SEBA (SME & Entrepreneurship Business Award) under the category of ‘Excellent in Facility and Property Management for the year of 2018’.
