AREM (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD ("AREM"), a property consultancy services was incorporated in 19th December 2013 principally to carry out Integrated Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate and Valuation for residential, commercial, Institutional and industrial building in Malaysia. AREM is registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia (Firm Registration No. VE (1) 0301).

Our business is operated from our Head Office in Seri Kembangan, Selangor since on 19th December 2013 with a paid up capital of RM170,000-00. Our team consists of experienced property managers, with our Managing Director alone having in excess of eighteen (18) years of Valuation, Leasing & Property Management experience in commercial, residential & industrial property management nation wide.
